Effective Date: August 17, 2026
Welcome to InnerPitch.com (the "Site"), operated by Inner Pitch, LLC ("Inner Pitch," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of the Site itself. Paid engagements with Inner Pitch are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and one or more Statements of Work executed between Inner Pitch and the client — those agreements take precedence over these Terms for the paid work they describe.
Inner Pitch is a done-for-you B2B lead-generation service. Working under a signed Master Services Agreement, we deliver services that may include:
Specific deliverables, quantities, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in the applicable Statement of Work.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you use the Site on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
All deliverables are generated and quality-reviewed using proprietary, AI-driven methods. While random sampling for human review is conducted, the process is largely automated and deliverables are provided "as is." Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving any Inner Pitch output before it is sent externally or otherwise used in the market.
Inferred insights about prospects — including hypothesized motivations, priorities, or business context — represent informed hypotheses derived from public information and AI analysis. Inner Pitch makes no guarantee that any such inference is accurate or complete.
The Site, our brand, our written and visual content, our methodologies, our prompt structures, our AI workflows, and our internal tooling are the property of Inner Pitch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Under a signed Statement of Work, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables produced for them internally for their own sales and marketing purposes. Inner Pitch retains all rights to the underlying methodologies, prompt structures, AI workflows, and internal tooling used to produce those deliverables, and may reuse generalized frameworks and patterns developed during service delivery, as well as showcase anonymized work samples.
Clients engaging Inner Pitch may provide target-account lists and other business information. Clients represent and warrant that any data they provide has been collected in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws, and that they have the right to share it with Inner Pitch for the purposes described in the applicable Statement of Work.
Our handling of website visitor, client, and prospect data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
The Site and any freely available information on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inner Pitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising out of a paid engagement is governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which may specify a different cap.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Material changes to services already contracted for through a Statement of Work will be handled in accordance with that Statement of Work and the Master Services Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms. Termination does not affect rights or obligations under any active Statement of Work, which is governed by its own termination provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
